Where can I purchase Specialdays products?

You can purchase our products in our web shop or see all stockists under 'Stores'. If the retailers do not have the products in stock, it can be ordered with a few days delivery. See full list of retailers here.

Where can I purchase extra accessories for expanding my album?

It is possible to purchase accessories for expanding your album, such as extra chapters, blank pages and plastic pockets. They can be purchased either here via our web shop or through our retailers. See full list of stockists here.

I made a mistake in my album - can I purchase new single pages?

It is possible to purchase full chapters via our webshop. Unfortunately we do not sell single pages.

What can I use extra accessories to the albums for?

With the extra accessories to the albums you have the opportunity to truly create your own personal and unique album - the extra pages give you room to write down even more special moments and memories, and the plastic pockets gives you the possibility to keep cutouts, invitations and other unique treasures you want to keep forever.

What is the difference between the rose and the blue album apart from the color on the front page?

The content of both the rose and the blue album is exactly the same, the only difference is the color of the front page.

If I order today when will I receive my products?

This depends on your final destination, however your package will be sent from our web shop within 24 hours of receiving your order.

What if I wish to return my purchased products?

We always provide one month full return on purchases from our web shop, valid from the day you receive your items. See more under 'Terms & conditions'

What do I do, if a product is out of stock?

You have the option of placing a pre-order - you will receive the product as soon as it is in stock. The amount is first deducted from your account when the product is shipped and it is always possible to cancel your order later.
