set is specialday aps which is the data controller and which collects data according to the applicable rules on the protection of personal data. when you sign up for our newsletter or register as a customer, you give us permission to process your information for the purpose of your membership or purchase.

when you visit specialday.dk, we collect information about all visits to the website. we use this information to improve your user experience, assess the use of the individual elements on specialday.dk and to support our marketing.
the collection of information on specialday.dk takes place within the framework of the applicable legislation. if personal data is processed via specialday.dk, the processing will take place in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
specialday.dk automatically registers IP address as well as data regarding your movements between different pages and services on the website. In this connection, we use various analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, which help us collect statistical information about the use of specialday.dk and make it a better experience for you.

we retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in these Terms of Sale and Delivery, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law for legal, tax or regulatory reasons or other legitimate business purposes . however, no longer than 5 years, cf. the Accounting Act's requirement for documentation

when signing up for our newsletter, the following data is collected:

we use your information to be able to send newsletters after consent and to prepare statistics for e.g. to be able to gain insight into how many people open the newsletter or click on links etc. newsletters.
your consent can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in the received newsletter, by contacting us or via our unsubscribe form.
it is our external data processor & supplier of newsletters, mailchimp, which processes said data in order to be able to deliver the desired newsletters to you. inOur supplier of newsletters is established in the USA. de necessary guarantees for the transfer of information to the USA are ensured through the certification of the data processor under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, cf. EU Personal Data Regulation art. 45. to the extent that we use data processors other than those mentioned, which are established outside the EU, this will always be done in compliance with valid transfer guarantees.

when you contact us via e-mail or our contact form, the following data is collected:

your payment information is not stored by specialday aps, but by our external data responsible supplier nets (payment gateway) and we therefore refer to its privacy policy.
contact regarding personal data
you always have the right to gain insight into which personal information we have registered about you.
if you want access to the information registered about you with us, you must contact us at: hello@specialday.dk if incorrect data has been registered, or if you have other objections, you can contact us at the same place. you have the opportunity to gain insight into what information has been registered about you, and you can object to a registration in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

use of personal data
sensitive personal information is never given to third parties, unless you yourself expressly consent to this, and we never collect personal data without you having given us this information yourself when completing an order, signing up for newsletters, participating in a survey or the like. here, information is collected about name, address, postcode, e-mail, gender, age, interests, attitudes and knowledge of various topics.
personal data is used to implement the service in connection with which the data was collected. the information is also used to get to know you and other users of the website better. the use of this may include research and analysis, with a view to improving and streamlining our own and our suppliers' marketing, our products, services and technologies.
